This volume is a peek into his special projects that will allow the reader to delve into what was and is cutting edge. very interesting bookbut leaves me wanting more!Somewhat repetitivenot the "full treatment" the McIlhenny Family deserves. Gives a lot of information/history about Tabasco Sauce.. The all too often case of a family cutting corners on the truth, in showing integrity etcwhen the almighty dollar is at stake. There is a really great story surrounding Tabasco and the Family who created it.but this book, however, isn't it!. I gave up before I finished. Comprehensive, interesting and well-documented.. Very good book. Starting with few connections, and gaining recognition as a financial innovator as well as a keen eyed private dealer, Deitch has been at the forefront of many new art trends, supported and advanced the work of many young artists who have become famous and well noted. Big book!. A excellent addition to my art library: the book itself is an artwork. OK but nothing special.. His interests encompass performance works as well as actual works on paper or sculpture. A great book for those with an open mind and a since
